Certification, File Requests, Duplicate License

Please use this form to request certification of documents/score(s), a copy of your applicant file, a Certificate of Completion for the New Mexico Law Class for CLE purposes, or a duplicate license. If you have any questions, you may email info@nmexam.org.  Please note: only the Applicant may request copies of these documents and proof of identity will be required.  Duplicate Licenses take, on average 90 days to complete as they created by our calligrapher and are processed in the order they are received.  File requests can take 30 days to complete if your file is in our secured off-site storage facility.  You do not need purchase a Certificate of Completion for the New Mexico Law Class if you do not intend to request CLE credit in your home state--you will receive an alternative Certificate automatically after you complete the class.
