Application fees are not refundable and are set by the Rules Governing Admission, which have been adopted by the New Mexico Supreme Court.  There is no postponement or deferral of your application. After you begin your application, please use this portal for communication with the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners.  For technical issues, please contact Submittable directly using the link at the bottom of this page.  

Please note: your application will be processed in three stages.  After you have completed the first portion of the application (Stage 1), we will review the application and send you Stages 2 and 3 via this portal.  Applications expire after twelve (12) months from the date you file your application.
